Where to Eat in Singapore This Week: Ginger, Claudine, Ken Japanese Restaurant, Skai, Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse

Steak lovers can head to Bistecca for its Best of Bistecca menu, in celebration of its 10th anniversary. This four-course menu is a collection of the steakhouse’s most popular dishes throughout the years, and you’ll be able to tuck into classic starters such as creamy burrata, beef and tomato ragu, and pan-seared scallops.

Naturally, the star of the experience is the premium F1 Wagyu sharing steak—exclusively imported from Australia. Choose between two cuts: the classic t-bone Fiorentina, or the bone-in ribeye Costata. This will be grilled according to your preference and will be served with the usual steak fries, brussels sprouts and decadent mac and cheese. Available from now until March 31. Book here.

Dig into the exclusively imported premium Australian F1 Wagyu beef in cuts like the Fiorentina, a classic T-bone or the Costata, a bone-in ribeye. The signature steaks are completed with starters like Fremantle Octopus, and Japanese Pumpkin Agnolotti. End on a sweet note with desserts like Panna Cotta or Sticky Date Pudding. The best part? In celebration of a decade as Singapore’s favourite homegrown steakhouse, Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse has launched a 4-course limited edition ‘Best of Bistecca’ menu at $138++ per person, made available to guests for the entire month of March.

Regarded as the 13th best steakhouse in the world, Bistecca will be serving up their most popular dishes of the last ten years. The special menu is centred around Bistecca’s Signature Sharing Steaks, premium F1 Wagyu (marble score 6+) beef exclusively imported from Australia. Cuts include the Fiorentina, a classic T-bone or the Costata, a bone-in ribeye with both options ranging from 900g to 1.3kg, dependent on the number of guests at the table.

Where To Eat & Drink: Valentino’s Merci Marcel Pop-Up, Free-Flow Peking Duck & More

It has been 10 years since Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse has served up its beloved steaks, and it’s now marking the occasion with a limited-edition four-course ‘Best of Bistecca’ menu.

The dining experience kicks off with a choice of Fremantle octopus, burrata or pan-seared scallops accompanied by mint salsa verde and tender, flavourful artichokes. Then choose from two housemade pasta dishes: Busiate, a beef and tomato ragu or Japanese Pumpkin Agnolotti. We went for the latter, which has moreish parcels of sweet and savoury pumpkin puree and gorgonzola piccante, alongside cubes of the root vegetable and chopped almonds for a bit of crunch.
