Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse Celebrates 10th Anniversary

In celebration of a decade as Singapore’s favourite homegrown steakhouse, Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse has launched a 4-course limited edition ‘Best of Bistecca’ menu at $138++ per person, made available to guests for the entire month of March.

Regarded as the 13th best steakhouse in the world, Bistecca will be serving up their most popular dishes of the last ten years. The special menu is centred around Bistecca’s Signature Sharing Steaks, premium F1 Wagyu (marble score 6+) beef exclusively imported from Australia. Cuts include the Fiorentina, a classic T-bone or the Costata, a bone-in ribeye with both options ranging from 900g to 1.3kg, dependent on the number of guests at the table.

It has been 10 years since Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse has served up its beloved steaks, and it’s now marking the occasion with a limited-edition four-course ‘Best of Bistecca’ menu.

The dining experience kicks off with a choice of Fremantle octopus, burrata or pan-seared scallops accompanied by mint salsa verde and tender, flavourful artichokes. Then choose from two housemade pasta dishes: Busiate, a beef and tomato ragu or Japanese Pumpkin Agnolotti. We went for the latter, which has moreish parcels of sweet and savoury pumpkin puree and gorgonzola piccante, alongside cubes of the root vegetable and chopped almonds for a bit of crunch.

Slide into a cosy leather booth and experience unmatched, intimate dining by candlelight with impeccable hospitality while you start off with a choice of three delectable starters; Fremantle Octopus, Pan-seared Scallops or the heavenly Burrata. We’d recommend going for the soft and supple Fremantle Octopus that comes with a beautiful medley of savoury romesco and refreshingly bright gremolata that accompany each bite. But if you’re a sucker for burrata, the creamy textural treat is a no-brainer.

The special menu is centred around Bistecca’s Signature Sharing Steaks, premium F1 Wagyu (marble score 6+) beef exclusively imported from Australia. Cuts include the Fiorentina, a classic T-bone or the Costata, a bone-in ribeye with both options ranging from 900g to 1.3kg, dependent on the number of guests at the table.

Diners have a choice of three starters, Fremantle Octopus, Pan-seared Scallops or Burrata; a choice of house-made Pasta either Busiate, a beef and tomato ragu or Japanese Pumpkin Agnolotti as well as a range of sides such as their classic steak fries, brussels sprouts and a decadent Italian take on Mac n’ Cheese among others.

There is also a choice of four desserts including the traditional Panna Cotta and Tiramisu, Black Forest Ganache and Sticky Date Pudding. Each guest will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles, red or white wine.

This Italian steakhouse is as well-regarded for its stylish interiors as it is for the meat-selection ranging from Miyazaki A4 Wagyu striploin to grain-fed Bistecca alla Fiorentina, which is also the star item. It is a thick-cut, char-grilled T-bone steak that’s perfect for sharing. There are, of course, other Italian dishes to savour, such as antipasti and pasta as well as seafood options that are sustainably sourced. Besides beef, there are other protein alternatives, including pork chop, the rack of lamb and roast chicken. Their list of wines is also extensive; be sure to order a glass or two to complete the experience.
