Sure, we love our housemade sauces. But when it comes to great meat and expertly selected cuts, only a light salt rub is all that's needed to bring forward the delicious flavours of the steak itself.

Repost • @hungryybearr A little craving for another meal here as I pen this ✍🏻 #bearrfavs The place offers a rustic dark romantic feel, perfect for a special celebration or just a gathering with loved ones. For a start, we were served their complimentary warm focaccia, with some umami tomato pesto spread that I really wanted to have more of but I had to save my stomach space for the highlight of the night 🍅🍅 We had the 🥩 𝟗𝟎𝟎𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐓-𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐞 ($𝟏𝟗𝟖) to share between us. It was basically a huge bone running through both the tenderloin and striploin sides, with both sides perfectly charred, tasting like butter, super oily and sinful. Though I preferred the tenderloin side more as it was more tender, but the fat to lean meat ratio was still just nice!! The salt does bring out the flavour of the meat but the sauces on the side are also pretty tasty! bf says its the best one he’s had in sg yet and its defo worth coming back to try their other cut of steak!! 🤩🤩 The 🍟 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 ($𝟏𝟒) had sea salt, oregano, aioli sauce, also super tasty and worth ordering as a side to cut down on the greasiness of the massive steak Tip (or maybe already known), come for special occasions and you get a 🍰 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐜𝐚 𝐓𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐮 ($𝟏𝟕) on the house!! Made with espresso, mascarpone dark rum, bitter chocolate dust, I enjoyed this not too heavy end to the meal, just that portion was a tad small for me to want to fork out my own money for this.
Vegetarian? We make sure our veggie options are just as delicious as the signature mains, including the chargrilled and roasted vegetarian side dishes.
