With a name that means steak in Italian, it comes as no surprise that this restaurant specialises in all manners of beef. Here, the meat is prepped the traditional Tuscan way – whole, bone-in hunks charred over a wood-fired grill. Get its signature sharing dish, the massive 1.1kg Fiorentina ($195) made with grass-fed T-bone, or treat yourself to single-servings of tenderloin ($58) or ribeye ($76). Throw in sides of creamed spinach ($12), steak fries ($10) dressed in sea salt and herbs, or wild mushrooms ($17), or get a bottle of wine if you’re feeling fancy.
