Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse holds a spot as Singapore’s first and only Italian steakhouse stays authentic to its Italian roots from its signature Italian dishes to the warm Italian farmhouse feel that their exposed brick walls and wood panelling evoke.
Their steaks are made from F1 wagyu MBS6+ meats, that are dry-aged in-house apart from being grain-fed for 420 days, which results in steaks that are slightly charred, flavourful and juicy.
Bistecca’s signature dish is Bistecca alla Fiorentina, a whopping 1.1kg thick-cut, char-grilled T-bone steak to share with your fellow guests. This hearty steak is perfectly charred, with even colouring throughout the meat, resulting in rich and flavourful meat.
