Bistecca Tuscan Steakhouse continues its Best of Bistecca series with A Taste of Piedmont, inviting guests to explore the flavours of one of Italy’s most celebrated regions. Home to the Italian Alps and famed for its truffles, Piedmont inspires a limited-time menu.
Begin with classic Piedmontese starters such as Vitello Tonnato and Robiola Bruschetta, before moving on to our hand-cut Pappardelle Ragù, finished with Barolo-braised beef and winter black truffles.
To complement your steak, whether Costata or Fiorentina, sized to suit your table, enjoy a selection of seasonal sides inspired by the region.
In keeping with tradition, all diners will be treated to an individual dessert, in this case the Chocolate Bonet Piemontese, served with Amaretto cookies and vanilla gelato.
Priced at $148 per person and available throughout Valentine’s Weekend, the menu also includes a glass of sparkling, red, or white wine – featuring a beautiful Langhe Nebbiolo to round out the experience.
