Bistecca continues its Best of Italy journey this August with A Taste of Emilia-Romagna, a limited-edition sharing set menu celebrating one of Italy’s most iconic gastronomic regions. Renowned as the country’s culinary heartland, Emilia-Romagna is celebrated for its exceptional produce and time-honoured recipes that have shaped Italian cuisine for generations.
This month’s menu pays homage to the region through signature dishes, including handmade Balanzoni from Bologna and Parma’s elegant Torta Duchessa. Available throughout August at $148++ per person, the experience is served alongside Bistecca’s signature à la carte dinner menu, seven days a week.
The primi course, shareable for the whole table, begins your dining experience with Beef Tartare, made with Balsamic di Modena, Fried Capers, Aged Parmesan, Balanzoni – Stuffed Mortadella Sausage Pasta, Ricotta, Nutmeg and Sage, plus Pistachio & Endive Salad made with Parmesan Cream, Pistachio Vinaigrette.
To complement your Signature Sharing Steak mains – whether Costata or Fiorentina, served in sizes tailored to your party – all guests get to enjoy sides for the table: Grilled Asparagus topped with ‘Pangrattato’ Breadcrumbs, Parmesan and Lemon, Brussels Sprouts mixed with Smoked Bacon and Whole Grain Mustard and Roasted Baby Carrots, glazed with Aged Balsamic Vinegar and Hazelnut Oil.
In keeping with tradition, all diners will be treated to their own individual dessert, Torta Duchessa, our Flourless Chocolate & Hazelnut Cake, made with Zabaione and Marinated Cherry.
Priced at $148++ per person, the menu also includes a glass of sparkling, red, or white wine to round out the experience.
